The Cons

Relatively small lounge, with limited seating space
No rest areas (although not really needed for a destination such as Sydney where lounge time is short)

The Judgement

This is an incredible step up from the airline’s older First Class lounge. It offers a very intricate, luxurious, functional and relaxing environment to rest before a flight. Staff are friendly and attentive, and it certainly feels exclusive and “first class”. Very little to complain about at all!
